Returns and Refunds
The customer must contact us by email at suporte@zentrum-group.com for any return or refund request.
The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without having to state any reason, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the “delivery document” provided in Clause 16 (“Shipping and Receipt of Orders”). Clause 16 is available in the terms and conditions of use.
The communication of the intention to terminate the contract must be made by the customer to the Company by sending a clear and unequivocal statement to that effect, either by email, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or by sending the model withdrawal form provided for this purpose, through the same channels.
Following the termination of the contract, the Company will reimburse the customer for the amount corresponding to the price of the purchased product and/or service, within 14 days from the date on which it was informed of such intention. However, the Company reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products are received or until the registered customer provides proof of their return, which may be requested by the Company for this purpose.
The refund to the registered customer will be made by crediting the paid amount to the customer's credit account, in cases where payment was made in this way, or by bank transfer.
The customer shall bear the costs of returning the contracted product.
In cases where the customer does not keep the goods in a condition that allows them to be returned to the Company in the same proper state of use in which they were sent, with all their components and accessories, without prejudice to the ability to inspect and handle the item with due care.
No requests for refunds or returns will be accepted for products purchased from the Company whose protective seals on the vehicle connection plug, as well as security seals, have been broken or removed.
